The terms every guest agrees to when booking Pie in the Sky
By booking this property, you agree to the following terms:
Occupancy & Use
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. The cabin is intended for small group vacations and family stays — no parties, events, or large gatherings.
Check-In & Checkout
Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
No Pets
Pets are not allowed at the property. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, out of respect for our neighbors.
Damage
The guest is responsible for any damage to the property or furnishings beyond normal wear and tear.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled 14–29 days before check-in. No refund within 14 days of check-in.
All refunds of paid reservations are issued less the actual, non-refundable payment processing fees we incurred on your original transaction (currently 2.9% + $0.30 of the total charged for most U.S. cards, and more for international cards), as our payment processor does not return these fees to us when a payment is refunded.
If we cancel your reservation for any reason other than a violation of this agreement, you will receive a 100% refund with no deductions.
Liability
The property owner is not liable for injuries sustained on the property.
