Check-in time: 3:00 PM
The front door uses a keypad lock. Your door code will be sent to you via email and text message the day before your arrival.
Parking
Do NOT pull down the driveway if you don’t have 4WD, you will get stuck in the gravel! You can park parallel to the road in the gravel in front of the house. Please do not pull past the post with the 124 on it.
The EV charger is on the post by the parking pad. Just plug in to start charging — you’ll need an adapter for your Tesla.

Use the touch bar on the right side to control the thermostat. Swipe up to raise the temperature, swipe down to lower it, and tap to confirm. The display will show you how many minutes until your desired temperature is reached.
The fan in the living room is controlled by the switch and the remote (in basket above sofa).
Google Home
The Google Home hub controls the Nest thermostat and the lights in the main room/kitchen. You can use the touch screen or say “Hey Google” before the command. Shades
The living room shades are controlled by the remote and should not be pulled on manually — it will break them. The remote is in the basket above the sofa. The shade over the door is not automatic; it needs to be retracted fully, out of the way of the door, for the door to open.
Linens
Bath towels and extra linens are in the small closet between the two bedrooms upstairs. Placemats and napkins are in the same closet. Hot pads and pot holders are in the drawer next to the stove, and there is a dish drying mat under the sink. Hot tub towels are in a basket downstairs. Please do not use bath towels outside.
Hot Tub
The hot tub is located on the back deck and is ready for you upon arrival. The cover should be placed back on the spa when not in use to maintain temperature and keep debris out. Turn off the waterfall feature before covering. Secure the hot tub cover with the straps provided.
Please shower before using the spa. Do not use the spa if you have open wounds. Maximum capacity is 5 people. Children must be supervised at all times. No glass containers on the deck near the spa.
Fireplaces
They are operated by a remote or the touch controls on the bottom right. There is a switch on the top right that controls on and off. They do put out heat so feel free to warm the space up by turning the heating option on.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, and a coffee maker. The coffee maker is a Keurig Duo which allows you to brew a pot of coffee or single serving using K-cups. The controls are at the top, the “K” is the brew button. There is a reusable filter for the pot option. Power on, press the carafe or cup option, press the size, then press the K.
Basic supplies (coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil) are provided. Please run the dishwasher before checkout if you have used dishes.
There are hidden drawers on each side of the stove at the top.
Grill
Please be sure to turn the gas off at the propane cylinder under the grill when you are finished cooking. When the grill has cooled off, please replace the cover and use the bungee cords to secure the cover & grill to the deck. If you forget, it will wake you up banging around!
Septic System
Please do not flush anything but toilet paper down the toilets. We are on a septic system.
Wind & Weather
The wind really blows up here! Please do not leave anything outside that you don’t want to fly away. If you use the outdoor cushions, please bring them in when you come in.

When you leave the house, ONLY use the deadbolt. Do not use the lock on the door knob. If you lock yourself out, just call us, we have a back up plan.
