Pie in the Sky Rental Agreement
By booking this property, you agree to the following terms:
- Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. No parties or events.
- Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- No smoking inside the property. $500 cleaning fee for violations.
- No pets. $500 cleaning fee for violations.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Guest is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled 14-29 days before. No refund within 14 days of check-in.
- Refunds are issued less the actual, non-refundable card processing fees from your original payment (currently 2.9% + $0.30 for most U.S. cards; more for international cards), which our payment processor does not return to us. If we cancel your reservation for any reason other than a violation of this agreement, you receive a 100% refund with no deductions.
- The property owner is not liable for injuries sustained on the property.
- By completing this booking, you agree to all house rules as listed on the House Manual page.
